Choose the following books based on the student’s score:

• Beginners ≤ 5 points
• Starters 6-17 points
• Movers 18-27 points
• Flyers + 28-36 points Total Score=36 points

For the textbook note, teachers are the ones who will summarize the scores and recommend a book accordingly.

How to comment on regular classes

• Textbook: Choose what kind of book did you use.
• Textbook Note: Leave it blank unless the class is unfinished. (For unfinished classes please state the reason why)
• Unit/Lesson/Page: Indicate numbers only. (If the book has no unit, lesson, or page, please leave this blank)
• Give comments on all skills including the general comment for the student.
